Delivery Charges
All our main large products Playpens, Whelping Boxes, Compost Bins, Gates (side gates and double driveway gates only) come with FREE delivery to UK Mainland. This does not include, Scottish Highlands, certain postcodes in Scotland depending on the distance from us, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Mann or Isle of Wight
If fixings are ordered separately to the above products a delivery charge of £6.00 may be added at checkout.
Lead & Manufacturing Times
Tekplas offers the following shipping on orders placed. For product lead times please check our individual product pages.
Once your product has completed its manufacturing process it will then be processed for shipping. All our orders are shipped with DX Freight or via a pallet network and aim to be with you for the next working day or on a booking service so the pallet company can arrange a suitable day for you. However, this cannot be guaranteed.

Things you need to know
- You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
- Any damages or missing parts must be reported in 48 hours of the delivery
- Gift Card purchases don't count towards the free shipping threshold.
- In the unlikely event that you don't receive your order after the stated delivery time frame, or your order is damaged when it arrives, please contact us as soon as you are aware and no longer than 7 days from the delivery date stated on your tracking.
