Description

Tekplas Plastic Safety Barriers and Warehouse Barriers are manufactured using the highest grade uPVC, ensuring a safe and durable fencing solution. They even work well in a shop floor situation to section off warehouse entrances to customers.

The easy installation of the Safety Barrier Fencing enables easy relocation with minimal effort as the product is lightweight and very portable. The panels slide down the posts using the Tekplas molding locking system. We can also supply gates for in and out entry.

We can supply everything you need for all different floor types and situations. We can cut the posts longer to be cemented into the ground. We can supply solid floor fixings for concrete, tarmac, or patio slabs; please click here. Our post slides over the solid floor fixings and can't be seen. We have temporary stabilising feet. Finishing Posts: = Important

Each section comes with one post; when you finish the fencing run, you will require a finishing post. If you need a gap to create a walk through entrance you will require more finishing posts. If you have separate fencing runs, you may require more finishing posts. Please click here for finishing posts.

Installation is simple thanks to our unique panel-to-post locking system. Our panels slide down the posts and lock into place, making both permanent and temporary setups quick and easy.

For permanent installations, we offer solid floor fixings, and for temporary installations we offer stabilising feet. Both fixings slide into the middle section of the vertical post for effortless installation. Easy Installation – No Fuss, No Hassle

Care Guide

Tekplas PVC Fencing Aftercare Guide To keep your Tekplas fencing looking fresh and performing well, we recommend carrying out maintenance twice a year – once at the start of spring and again at the end of summer.

Step 1: General Cleaning

  • Hose down the fencing to remove surface dirt and grit.
  • Wash thoroughly with hot soapy water and a soft sponge. This removes build-up from winter weather or heavy rainfall.

Step 2: PVC Surface Treatment

  • Once dry, use a PVC solvent cleaner to restore the finish. We highly recommend Everbuild PVC Solvent Cleaner for best results.
  • Spray directly onto the fencing and wipe with a clean cloth. This helps maintain the appearance, especially for coloured fencing, by protecting against fading from UV exposure. It takes many years of full sunlight, but following these steps will help to prevent this happening.

Unlike timber, PVC won’t rot, absorb water, or dry out and split during the summer months. It also won’t need repainting like traditional wooden fencing,

Do I need a finishing post?

Yes, you will need a finishing post unless you are connecting the last panel back to the starting post (making a square or
rectangle) finishing posts are required with all straight line, L-Shape or U-shape fencing.

Do I need a finishing post? (post chain)

Yes, you will need a finishing post unless you are connecting the last piece of chain to a hook on the wall or existing fence
post.

How many finishing posts do I need?

Each panel comes with 1 x post. You will need 1 finishing
post for each run of fencing. For example if you have a 2 individual straight line runs then you will need 2 finishing posts.

Can we make bespoke size panels?

Yes, we can, all of our products are made to order. If you
need bespoke length panels then drop us an email to info@tekplas.co.uk with
your requirements.

Do you charge more for bespoke panels?

We do not charge any extra for bespoke panels, we charge
per panel.
